Listen to what users experience
The aim of user tests and interviews is to gather feedback from end users about a service or a (online) product. A user test or interview follows a (semi-)structured protocol in which you have users perform a certain number of tasks during an individual session. During this session, the user thinks out loud so that you can not only observe their behaviour but also learn from their experiences.
